Terms and Conditions

I  process and prepare orders for shipping as quickly as possible; usually  within 3 business days, with custom orders of course taking longer.   I will let you know if for any reason your order is delayed.

Most orders are shipped by USPS and packages are usually delivered  within 2 to 3 business days.  Larger orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground and are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days, depending  on location. 

For the health and safety of everyone's birds, I do not accept returns.  If you are in any way unhappy with your Birdie Buddy purchase, do let me know.

If you have questions or concerns about any of the items you have purchased, let me know.  I'll get back to you as soon as possible,  usually within 24 hours to email messages. 

If  you are wondering which type of foraging block is best for your Buddy,  please email and ask. Likewise for perches & play stands.  I'll be happy to help you choose the best toy, perch, or play stand for your bird.  I want every one of my clients to  be pleased with the toys and enrichment items they purchase from me. 

If you have a store and are interested in carrying Birdie Buddy products, please send me a message and I will send you a wholesale catalog.  I accept wholesale orders via email or purchase order. 

I generally ask 1/3 the order total upfront on first orders. Payments are usually via PayPal invoice but checks can be arranged.
